I purchased a set of six books and one DVD on how to build solar panels and a wind generators from material supposedly available at any hardware store. It took 14 days to receive an opened package with the DVD; I never received any books. I emailed them to let them know that the books never arrived. I got a standard auto response that their "support team" would " look into it", and never heard from them again.
