The pitch was: build your solar array using our information much cheaper than ready kits cost. The secret is knowing what to order individually and how to assemble. I found this plausible on its face.
Ordered physical materials to be shipped USPS. S & H charged: $7.99 (enough for reliable shipping).
Paid date PayPal Aug 3 2012. "Shipped" date Aug 7 2012.
ClickBank ticket created: Sept 2 2012. Ticket closed: Sept 3 2012, with online link to access product online, and information that no shipping tracking number will be supplied. I list ClickBank as co-responsible enabler.
Request for refund: Sept 25 2012. Sent request for refund as second choice. First choice: the physical product paid for. Have not followed the product link, not what I paid for.
