POWER4HOME.COM POWER4HOME SYSTEM NEVER ANSWERED EMAILS, NEVER REFOUNDED THE MONEY AS PROMISSED. NORTH OAKS, Minnesota
This company promised to teach any person not handy at all, how to physically build a solar system for his home and free himself from the electrical grid in one weekend with a budget of a few hundreds of us Dollars.
Myself as a solar systems installer, was very surprised and interested, for two reasons-
One- we as contractors, pay tens of thousands of dollars just for the materials for one house.
Second- installation takes us, a crew of 4 professionals, between 2 to 5 (8 hours) days.
This company - POWER4HOME - encourage none professionals, none authorized, good americans to experiment with dangerous electrical component, manufacturing them and live installation.
they promised money back guaranty no question asked.
I got the cd from them 2 weeks after payment, and it was basically a big scam.
It is an arts and crafts project for hobby only that won't teach you how to take even one appliance of yours off the grid.
i contacted them several times to refund my money, which was charged in two stages,and asked for instructions for returning the CD.
I contacted them after stage one, that charges $5.39 plus $044 tax ?? (i'm from NY THEY'RE MINNESOTA)
then a second charge came as promised, if you don't contact to cancel before 30 days trial.
all my emails with them were within the 30 days.
they never answered back, and after a wile, my user name and password weren't recognized in their system anymore.
This guys are here to scam and run away with the money.
