I have seen your complaint and need more details. I have checked all orders under "Kimberly" name and haven't found any "Kimberly" from PA during 12/01/06-12/11/06 purchased three ATVs with us. I would like to appreciate that if the customer "Kimberly" can give us an order number or other information. It happens a few customers orders got cancelled and did not receive it during Christmas. There are a few reasons. It could be back-order for some items or some color choice. It could also be the customer did not give us the correct billing information. Tens of thousands of customers ordered motorcyles from us and they are happy customers. We are sorry that a few customers got bad experience during Christmas. With 5-10 times more volume than usual, we were a bit overwhelmed. Mistakes did happen and we are improving. However, there is never any problem to get money back if your order did not get shipped. Kimberly, what is your order number and you sure you did not get money back? Please get the fact straight and be fair and honest.

The atv sellers pop up, sell a few atv's, and then disappear before the customer needs service. I've worked on a few of these China-made atv's, and they are a nightmare. Impossible to even identify a lot of the parts, never mind actually finding someone that stocks them.
