My experience with PreciseLeads.com From the initial phone call with PreciseLeads.com, I was misled and promised a quality product that I never received. We received 36 leads over two and a half months, 33 life insurance leads, three long-term care leads, and zero annuity leads. We were able to speak with nine life insurance leads; three stated they were not interested in or never requested insurance information/quote, or to be put on the “Do Not Call List”. Four showed interested in receiving information or a quote, one of which stated she was paid to complete a survey, but we were never able to get a hold of them again. Lastly, we were able to set two appointments where it was determined the two leads were indigent. Due to the fact that I was misled and sold an inferior product, I am demanding a full refund of my $600 investment.

Timeline

• Spoke with a customer service representative the last week of February 2014

     o I signed up to receive long-term care, life insurance, and annuity leads for Oakland county Michigan and Marathon county Wisconsin. The customer service representative quoted me 2-3 life insurance and long-term care leads a day and 1-2 annuity leads a week based off traffic on their 250 plus websites. I never received any annuity leads over the full two and a half months my account was active.

• Service began on approximately March 03, 2014 o In order to sign up and receive leads I had to agree to auto-draft, because the leads are forwarded immediately upon the “consumer” filling in their information. I originally funded my account with $300, auto-draft when the account dropped to $100 for an additional $300, and received $150 in bonus leads.

     o I began receiving leads from PreciseLeads.com on March 03, 2014. I did not originally receive exclusive leads, as I was led to believe.

• Paid $30 per lead rather than $15 per lead to begin receiving exclusive leads after speaking to my account representatibve on March 06, 2014.

• $300 was auto drafted once account balance fell below $100 on April 07, 2014

• Account representative reduced the auto draft trigger from $100 to $25 and the refill amount from $300 to $100

• May 14, 2014 at 10:49 am spoke with my account representative in regards to cancelling my account with a refund. My account representative offered a $300 refund to which I refused.

• Sales Manager May 29, 2014 at 11:48 am

     o The Sales Manager told me that PreciseLeads.com never issues refunds, except occasionally. He then told me that he would honor the refund of half of my money but no more.

During the whole experience I was told that uninterested leads would be returned, but that was not the case.

On June 04, 2014 at 11:58 am I spoke with an account manager at Precise Leads who offered me her utmost apologies for the service that I received. The account manager assured me that this type of service is not indicitive of Preceise Leads. In order to remedy the product and service issues that I experienced, the account manager provided me with a full refund. Due to the actions of the account manager at Precise Leads, I am open to utilizing their services in the future.
