Talking with Arkansas Attorney's office agent stated there where already two complaints againgst Company with same address except is was against ibc-hardware inc. at 1755 N. Butterfield Road, Libertyville, Illinois. However in Google search I find nothing. This is against Precision Induction Cooktop located on invoice, with same address. Would not order from online, because when you click order now its deceptive. Site that I went to was an Info Commercial broadcast on Ky3 (07/15/2012). Ky3 station: (KY3, KYTV 999 West Sunshine Springfield, MO 65807).

Can not reach customer service at 855-742-2665. Did not receive free cookware offer Plus, Two Complete NuWave PIC Cooking Package. I ordered Cast Iron Grill Pan and was sent a Cast Iron Griddle. Will file with BBB and dispute credit card charge. (Note: Arvest states I have to return everything at my cost. Credit card refund will not include shipping and Handling) Just more money?

After 2 days of calling I finally got through and after listening to sales pitch for 55 minuetes I got an agent. And she stated that I didn't pay the extra shipping for free items, my god I went through their phone sales Rep. I offered to pay the shipping but was told it was to late to order another. (RIGHT)

To honor there offer with payment of S/H. Send me the Cast Iron Grill Pan I ordered and provide return shipping for the wrong item they sent. Cast Iron Griddle.

When ordering they said because of my order I would get special pricing on the Cast Iron Grill Pan. Online it would be $39.99 + S&P. I was charged 29.85 + S/P. However I received Cast Iron Griddle. Which online is only $24.95 + S&P. Note handling is listed on invoice as a separate charge. Not that I did, but if I would have ordered the Cast Iron Griddle I did not get any special discount for ordering as mentioned above. Being they charged me 29.85 + S/P. I consider this False and misleading practices. Most business would have offered to sent the cookware with me paying the additional S/P. Which I believe sales person provided Poor customer care; as did customer service when they refused to honor their advertising.

Complaint Description:
Did not receive free cookware offer Plus, Two Complete NuWave PIC Cooking Package. I ordered Cast Iron Grill Pan and was sent a Cast Iron Griddle. Sales person was told my main reason for ordering in the beginning order call was that I needed the cookware. Contacted customer services and they said I didn't pay the extra shipping an handling, this is where the salesperson is at fault especially when I mention I was more interested in the Plus, Two Complete NuWave PIC Cooking Package 9-inch Stainless-Steel Non-Stick Omelet Pan 10.5-inch Stainless-Steel Non-Stick Frying Pan 3.5 qt Stainless Steel Pot with Tempered Glass Lid Stainless Steel Steamer Basket 9-piece Stainless Steel Foundue Set! I said then there was an error in handling my order. I offered to pay shipping & handling and was told I can no longer get this offer unless I place another order.

I have contacted Attorney General's office for Arkansas and intent to get satisfaction. They already have 2 complaints. Considering you only have had at time of me posting 274 complaints, most people give up and go away. I am attempting to contact my US Senator and Congressman. This is why there is problems in the US; the little people are dusted under the rug.A+ rating for this company, give me a break. Just look on line the people who complain and go away because they don't have time to pursue. YEA BBB support the little people! I had the same experience when I ordered this product.  There was a long wait for the product and I finally threatened to cancel the order.  It arrived broken.  I send pictures of the broken cooktop and received a new cooktop.  None of the free ad on were received and I only received one cooktop.

This company isn't on the level.
