I used to work for Jiffy Lube for over a year and never once i have seen customers get ripped off. I find it that, if there are any problems, its the management, not the company. Some of these managers have given Jiffy Lube a bad rap. But i worked with some of the greatest people and learned many things. If we didn't have the part in stock, we would promptly get it from the nearest auto store for the customer if the customer wished and not a dollar too expensive. I assure all of you that Jiffy Lube is a great place to get an oil change. I would hear nothing but great responses from the customers. When problems occurred ( which they did), our manager was quick to resolve them and he was always about the customers satisfaction. But there were always those a$$holes though that raised hell but still, they recieved our highest attention.
