I found five papers in the street at 2126 Country Oaks Dr Garland. We saw Cirila have a man come over and helped him carrying out papers to his car. Cirila and him went back in the house. All lights out for two hrs. Two papers has plans on Renewable Biomass Energy Plant Eagle Pass Tx. with the architecture Hilda M Radriquez 3920 Travis St. Dallas Tx. 214 780 1999 on them with names Joseph ,Jose, and Peter Hartman sign them. The neighborhood has see Cirila have this man over the house for the last three years carrying things off out to his car. Him and Cirila always turns the lights out. Three papers has bank accounts numbers on they with Jose, and Joseph name on they. How much money is put in and took out. We know two times that Cirila has threw things out the house in the front yard. One times was Dec in 2010 before Christmas. And on October the 5th 2012. Mad at joe. Cirila has big fights with him when Joe gets home. All the neighbors has see things and hear them fight. I know he has things missing. Cirila is the boss. This has a temper that she do everything Joe when his gone. This is a conspiracy on Joe for his wife Cirila I have ask the man name he want give it to me. It also when Joe is gone from home. Cirila has a conspiracy on her husband. They was a big fight October 2012.
