I had been interested in working from home for some time so when a friend of mine told me about Premier Business Solutions I decided to call. I called their number and spoke with a sales rep to basically get more info. She appeared to be reading a script or something but I ignored it. She basically stated that the software was everything you would need to start pocessing medical claims from home. She also stated that the software came with names of doctors that had expressed an interest in having their claims processed by persons with their software. That was the one thing I wanted because I am not comfortable with being a sales person.

Needless to say, she asked me what state I lived in and assured me that there numerous doctors in my area. I asked how often the software was updated with names of doctors. She said monthly. She said that I would paid every Friday from the doctor(s). When I told her that I would call back on a later date to purchase her tone changed and she cut the conversation short.

To make the long story short. I received the software, sent off letters to the doctors and waited.1/3 of my letteres were returned with the wrong address. I called the doctors on their list and they had never heard of the company. Please warn others.

Most credit cards don't allow card holders to make a fraud complaint after 60 days. They are attempting to drag this out so they can keep your money. I want you to call the number on the back of your credit card tomorrow and demand that your credit card company issue you a credit immediately. Let them know you have no merchandise and that you believe that the company is a sham. You need to hurry because Premier Business Solutions may be planning to file for bankruptcy or may switch bank accounts. Once they do that it will be impossible to get your charge back. Don't wait another minute and demand the FULL $189.00 credited to your account. Don't bother calling Premier anymore, they're just a bunch of cons. Good Luck, The Fraud Chick

I called my sales rep, Ruby< back and left her message saying she should be ashamed for taking food out of kids mouth by knowingly selling bogus software. She in turn called me back and left a message stating that she was only an employee and did not know that the software was bogus. She also instructed me to call a woman name Linda and she would set me up for a return and credit my charge card. I spoke with Linda, she said to send the sofware back and she would credit me 161.60 even though I paid 189.00. I sent the software back next day mail and called the company back once I confirmed that it had been received. I was then told that it takes 30-60 days after receiving in order to get a refund. She did not mention that when she spoke with me. I belive this company is probaly reselling this bogus a*s software to others!! Something has to be done about this company. To date they have almost 150 complaints with BBB in California and only 1 was actually resolved! How can the government allow these people to stay in business? I also noticed that alot of the companies with scams going on are located in California because their laws are different or something. I WANT MY d**n MONEY BACK!!!!!
