 Last quarter of the year 2016. Someone offered me a vacation package that has as per them the biggest discount. I just listened with all the details. And then they ask me to speak with legal agent that will set the package. As this guy started to talk he said that everything will be recorded for both parties safety. All along I thought that this wont charge me any single cent. When the guy asked me permission to charge the package amount on my credit card I immediately said No. He even repeat it that I am not authorizing them to charge my credit card. So I said I am not authorizing you to charge me with that amount and closed the conversation. Now, present time injust check my account just to be shocked when i found out that last January 23rd the Premier Cancun Vacation already charged me with the amount 800US$ package without my permission. This travel agency are forcing people to acquire their vacation package illegally. I want them to cancel my charges asap because I dont have plan to have vacation with them.

 The telemarketers of premier Cancun company is based in the Philippines. I believe we can criminally prosecute these individuals if they will give us a hard time in getting our money back. There is a new administration in the Philippines and it is very tough on criminality whether domestic or multinational in nature. I believe we can have these individuals arrested for internet fraud and qualified theft. I have a couple of relatives who are police officers and a few distant relatives who are NBI agents which is the equivalent of FBI, I think they can help us go after these criminals and once and for all shutdown their criminal organizations. I hope we can convince other victims, recent or previous ones to file similar criminal case. Time for some payback against these unscrupulous individuals.

 This is absurd. Just to tell u guys from premier, I did not purchased a vacation from ur company and u charged me illegally with my permission. U told me to fill the refund form which i did asap, and told me to wait 7-10 working days to have it. Well guess what its my 10th day and i dont see any movement on the account. I called ur customer service and now telling me that this will take longer? You dont wanna see this kind of complaint in the net specially in this consumer's site then if u dont settle ur mistake with consumers who dorsnt want your vacation. In business they called it service in both ends you trying to protect ur reputation? U deal with the complaint ASAP. Your office never even follow up or even give updates on the claim? Come on!

 Hi, Last year I bought a tour package from this unscrupulous company, I have not use it yet but plans to do it this year. A few days ago I was surprised to find out that 898 US dollars was taken out from my bank account by this company without my consent. I already comply with everything that is required in the refund form they sent me. With all the negative reviews and complaints in regards with premier Cancun Vacation I feel my refund could drag on as well. Have you received your refund yet? If this company did not return my money in the specified time frame I am thinking of a collective class action suit for all the victims and demand refunds and compensation for all the troubles this unscrupulous put us through.

 Good day, I appreciate the action your office made. I comply on every single thing i need to provide. Being trying to reach them today as i been waiting for any update since i passed the cancellation form. They connect me at first then was left with your phone advertisement voice promft. Been tried to call again but never did pick up by any of your representative. I am trying to be cooperative here can i have an update today and a verdict timeline. Thank you Vin

Hello, it would be much appreciated for the follow up. I spoke with your office and they told me to wait 2-3 days for the refund. But sorry i think that is too long. They just charged me instantly and now i want it to be void instantly. No offense but this is not my fault. I sent another email having your name in the subject it is easy to be found. Thank you.
