Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I lost my job in Ohio last December and wanted to close my Premeir Fitness acccount since I was moving to Missouri and going to stay with my sister until I started my new job. At that time the documentation that National fitness wanted I did not have it due to the sudden change in environment and I knew that I was only there for a couple of months tops before moving to another state for my new job. National Fitness was cold and would not work with me and would not even take a letter from my new employer (Uncle Sam) of all people. They told me to call and talk to Premeir about it and Premeir took months to return my call and when they did they said it was between me and National Fitness.

I changed banks and National Fitness could not draft my bank account anymore and I would not give them my account number, so they have been hounding me since for a payment. I am not going to pay them when they know I no longer live in Ohio and the call me in Missouri and Kansas constantly. I sent them the documents they wanted after I was able to get them and they still want money. It's time something be done about these crooks. Anyone having or has had problems with these guys, we are looking at a class action lawsuit against National Fitness and their flunky gyms.

I know we are not supposed to put our email addresses on here so reply me and we can figure out how to contact each other. Lets put a stop to this madness and put National Fitness in their proper place.

Randy - I've seen comments about this company in lots of places. You had some good ideas for what could be done? How could we get in touch in order to take action on it?

I have had a similar experience with National Fitness.  After paying my contract in full, I was told two separate times that I did not have to do anything and that my account would be inactive after February.  Now it's March and I was charged for the membership, again.  We do not even live anywhere near a gym anymore.  After talking with the gym, we were told that there is nothing that the gym can do and that National Fitness is the one who is charging us.  National Fitness has said that my contract was on Auto-renew after it was paid in full, but funny this was the first we heard of it even though we talked to numerous people over the last 7 months.

This company is only out to take people's money, and they don't care what they do to get it.  Do not join their gyms and sign a contract!
