Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
About two months ago my fiance found Premiere Financial Group which said they gave loans to people with poor credit with no callateral. He applyed for a loan for $10,000. They told him he had to send $900 for the insurance on the loan. We were then turned over completely to Stratus Insurance Company and had to deal with a agent named Andra Harrison.

After a few days he told us we had to pay taxes which was $800 in order to send it into the United States. We sent it to him because even when we started feeling uneasy about the situation he would reassure us and had very quick answers to our questions. One question I had was why we weren't sending the money to the business and instead sending it directly to him. His answer was that when sending to a business it takes longer because they hold the money and it would take longer for us to get our money and that he was interested in keeping us happy by getting us our money immediately.

After another week of waiting for the money that would be deposited directly into our bank account, I called to find out what was going on. He kept telling me that he had to get the information from his supervisor or from down stairs and he would call me back within the hour. I never heard from him and when I finally called him back he told us that the money was being held up at the border and that we had to pay another $1000 dollars to customs. Reluctantly, I sent the money because he was so convincing.

Once again, we waited for another week and I called back and he made it sound like he was very confused on what was going on. Again, he promised to call us back after he found out the information. I had to call yet again and he then told us that there was a mistake of how much to send to customs. He needed an additional $900. He was very apologetic and continued to tell me that the girl in charge of this had been terminated from the company. I was very unhappy by this point and told him we wanted a refund. When I asked to talked to his supervisor he insisted that it was unnecassary because he was nervous on being terminated as his co-worker was.

After a day or two he did call back to make a counter offer and said that the company would pay $200 and we only had to send $700. I told him I thought this was a joke and I am still wanting a refund. He told me it would take 30 days to receive the refund and it would be deposited directly into our bank account.

After 30 days I called him back to find out the status of our refund. He told me it would be in the account in a week. Still nothing, I called once again. I told him the account had been closed due to fraudulent charges (I closed the account because it was no longer needed). He told me he would send out a cashiers check in my name within a week. He did, however, know my address and phone number when I asked.

After about a month of all this I knew something was wrong and was sure I would not get my money. The last time I talked to him I came out and asked if this was a joke and if I should really expect a refund; he said of course. It has been two weeks since then and I have not heard anything. I have tried to call almost everyday and he hasn't answered.

DO NOT send them any money!!!! You will not get it back!!!
