Actually as per your problem with your account gettng debited. Here's how I can help. 1. Go to your bank and file a R9 which is means that you NEVER authorized your bank account to be drafted. (don't worry you have 60 days to reverse the draft, even if they have the recording on you, the only reason they have that is to not issue any refunds.) 2. Contact the company and explaing to them that they used the "bait and switch" which in all 50 states is illegal. 3. explain to the company that you have already contacted your bank and reversed the charge(they will proceed to tell you that they are going o refund you ASAP) (---the reason for that is because the marketing company that called you has a 3rd party ACH(automated clearing house) account and must keep there account "chargebacks" below the normal 1% or there account will be frozen and not paid to them for up to 120 days. 4. You can thank me Cause I GUARANTEE THIS WILL WORK!!!!

You stated "They proceeded to playback the verification process with me answering each question and even had a part in there about this offer not being a line of credit and something about them sending me an empty credit card. " I don't think you should hold the company responsible for your error. If the tape stated that it is not a line of credit, you must have understood what that meant. That sounds fairly clear to me. In the future, you may want to pay closer attention to any agreements you make over the telephone. I don't mean to rub it in, but it sounds like you're getting exactly what you agreed to. Where's the beef?
