Premier Vacation Club Bobby Rudd After hearing promises, I made the mistake of paying $399 and receiving nothing. Internet
My wife and I purchased a time share in Mexico. After we returned home, we were contacted by Bobby Rudd to put our time share on their web site so that it could be rented out if we were not able to use the time. We were told how easy and profitable it would be. We paid $399 and requested a promise of a full refund if nothing happened for 18 months. We have the return email agreeing to the 18 month provision. Well, it has been over 18 months now and I believe that it will never be rented and Mr. Rudd knew this all along. He just sent me an Email stating he would not give a refund as he promised, and that he has been working VERY HARD to rent our time. Ha Ha. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS RIP-OFF. YOU WILL BE THROWING MONEY AWAY. If you want to rent out your timeshare, do it on Ebay or a similar site.
