At first I was "lured" to be interested in purchasing a vacation package because i was made to understand that I was using an employee's yearly bonus which was a substantial discount. They applied very strong sales pressure on me that I gave my ok to the purchase.
I did my due dilligence and found out that I was ripped off, the cost of the package was so high, and did not include air fare. Having buyers remorse, I called customer care and was told that they will not refund my money because the package is non refundable. Being a travel agent in the past, I know that all should be refundable, the worst scenario is that they put a surcharge for administrative purposes.
If there is an existing lawsuit against the company, I would like to be incluided in it.
