I spoke with this customer today after seeing his response that "I was lying" about his having received his refund. I sent him proof that his refund was done a month ago, and evidently not given to him by his own credit card company. In addition this was a refund, it was not in any way handled by the credit card company as a charge back nor was it motivated by this website. It was simply the result of working through refunds as they occur. I really don't understand the negative tone of the post that I am responding to, and unfortunately I cannot do anything about someone's personal agenda. The many thousands of customers that we currently have speak volumes about the kind of company PremiereTrade is.

Today I finally talked to someone at Premeire Trade who did something. Michael called me (wonder why it took so long?)and a credit has been issued to my account (yes, I checked with my card company and they said Prermier Trade had responded to them). Too bad it took the action of this web site and the credit card company for force them to do what any good company would have done back in September.I still can't recommend doing business with them!

LYING AGAIN!! - I just contacted my credit card company (who gave me a conditional credit while they contact Premiere Trade) if indeed a refund had been posted to my account and the answer was NO. They haven't heard anything back from Premiere Trade since contacting them on Nov. 16th. In addition I still haven't heard from Premeiere Trade as they promised. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND GET STUCK LIKE THIS!!

We at PremiereTrade are committed to only the highest level of ethical behavior, and would never do anything that did not meet the high standards of James Dicks. Any customer who is entitled to a refund will certainly receive their refund in a timely a manner. I can confirm that this customer did in fact receive a full refund of their purchase price.
