I checked into this customers claims and we did miss them when we were processing the group that they were in. When accounting noticed the oversight they sent out a check... I can confirm that this customer has in fact received their full refund... We apologize for this delay as it was never our intention to make anyone have to wait for their refund. Anyone who is due a refund will certainly receive their refund.....
