I immediately filed a fraud claim with my bank and they were to investigate the matter. Meanwhile, I was still trying to contact Premier One myself and after numerous calls with either no answer or having to leave a message I finally got a hold of Premier One and they said said they had me on tape agreeing to the money withdrawal from my account. They re-played the tape and it was my voice but they had my answers with different questions that were originally asked. They had manipulated the conversation to their benefit! I thought that was the end of it, although 4 days later I had the money credited to my account and a letter from my bank stating Premier One had not contested their inquiry regarding fraudulant activity on my account. By crediting the account Premier One had admitted their guilt. Thanks to this sight! With all the helpful information available, I was able to get back the money!
