Premium One Benefit Services drafted $239 out of my account on April 2nd. I was told I was pre-approved for a major credit card worth $1,500 that would go up to $5,000 they told me I would receive this card within 10 to 15 working days once I receive this card I would have to choose among 5 different local banks.

Once I choose the bank I would have to give them my verification ID# to activate this card. I gave premium one a call April 16th a man answered my call and stated the card would come within 15 to 20 days. On April 19th I called again I was told the package would arrive the end of the week. After I didn't receive the package on April 24th I called them back on April 26th that is when a young lady told me my package was shipped out on April 21st and I should receive the package within 4 working days. After the package didn't arrive on April 28th I called again I asked the lady why haven't I received the card yet, because I was told the card would arrive by April 27th and now It's April 28th and that the package was sent out on the 21st of April, she told me she didn't see that information on the computer and that she would check shipping to see when the package was sent off.

She placed me on hold for 30 minutes I had a neighbor on the other line listening to the conversation the lady came back to the phone and stated shipping haven't answered yet, hold and I'll try again. So she came back to the phone and said the package was sent out on the 27th by express mail and I should get it by Saturday. When called back Friday morning April 30th I asked the lady who answered the phone could she give me a list of the banks that was approving this account and could she give the account number off the computer, she told me she didn't have access to that information on the computer and that my card was processed on April 21st and I should receive this card within 7 to 10 working days. I don't know how well this would do but the young told me to call back Wednesday. I guess they are planning to scam elsewhere.
