I was threatened by a Best But employee and refused to service store.I have ptsd and am disabled.As soon as i told them all this my hours were cut and when I have continually tried to verify that the above stated was in fact the case my DM will not communicate and explain the hours cut.The Corporate Office keeps telling me to go back to her.Ive been working numerous hours with very little pay for the hours I have worked.There is a non discrimination clause in their handbook.

Perhaps your cut in hours has to do more with your refusal to go to a specific location than your disability.  Since we don't know the entire circumstances around this "threat" perhaps there is more to that as well.
