Premium Retail Services Zone recruiter job fiasco Chesterfield Missouri
I have worked for Premium Retail Services for almost 11 years. I have done my work well, so much so I was "promoted" to be area zone manager. Then last December 2916 I was again "promoted" to be zone recruiter, a nice stay-at-home job that offered 15-20 years per week. I was only partially trained for the job. After numerous requests from me to be fully trained so that I could proceed ahead, and getting no response from anyone, I became somewhat frustrated. It only increased over time when I did not get enough requisitions of people I needed to interview. Instead of working 15-20 hours per week, I've only worked 8 hours total since the first of this year. I pleaded with numerous people, but again, I got no response, until finally, they loaded some requisitions that were two to four years old. None of the people met the minimum requirements for a phone interview. I was still not fully trained all during this time, because I was unable to get on World Alliance website to look over resumes there. I wrote numerous emails and sent several text messages over the last six months to explain my situation, and still I got no response, until finally my RMM falsely accused me of something in an email. I discovered they removed all the old requisitions and totally shut down my zone recruiter special email account. I assumed I was terminated but no one before or after that has informed me of anything. I have kept all correspondence from me and the very few sent to me to back up my story. I finally called corporate office this Monday and talked to HR. She promised to look into the matter, but that was three days ago, and I have not head back. For the most part, PRS has been good to me, and I have represented them well, but this latest experience has soured me on PRS. I wonder if this has happened to other zone recruiters.
