Premium Retail Services has very bad managment. New manager came in and pretty much did a "clean house". He wanted to hire his very own people and now the people that have been working for the comapny for years. The director of TOTAL and Manager of TOTAL are by far the worst and they do not care single thing about you. They threaten you of getting fired and never want to compromise. I use to work for them for over 3 years now and all of sudden they stopped giving me service orders followed by changed my full time to part time and lastly within a month terminated me. There is alot of discrimination in this company, alot of injustice, and all they care about is getting/ making money from the clients and abusing regular reps in the field. Someone needs to change the management and director so they can get a taste of their very own medicine. Last but not least, HR is the WORST place to ever go to! those people DO NOT CARE, they will reside with the management even though the management is at fault. This whole company structure is horrible!
