Pressler and Pressler, LLC has been representing collection agencies since 1930. For over 79 years, there goal was to harass taxpayers who refuses to pay back the money that was given by credit card companies. Pressler and Pressler is under heavy ethical scrutiny when reporters from My9News and Fox5 News tried to catch them in filing frivilous and negative lawsuits against the people who lost their jobs and could not pay for the credit that was given to them. When trying to find out the actual paperwork that was filed by this law office, the attorneys refuses to let taxpayers see their files and has refuse and put a block on peoples' file so that we cannot look at them.
Pressler and Pressler main goal is to seek Judgment against tqaxpayers who lost jobs and could not afford to pay the settlement. Taxpayers has tried to setlle with Pressler and Pressler but has refused and has failed to give people a reasonable offer. It was one situation that Pressler and Pressler collection tactics became so harsh, it caused one person to commit suicide. There is a way you collect money. You do not collect money by harassing and pressuring people to do vicious things.
Finally, I think that Pressler and Pressler should be sued for all of the pain that they have caused millions of taxpayers. The law license should be revoked by the Ethics committee adn should be pay big time.
