Pressler and Pressler Rapke Law Firm is the current law firm who showed up on behalf of Pressler yesterday, June 5th in Supreme Court. Their info is listed below My so-called debt was through HSBC in 2008!!! I dont know exactly who Pressler is, just that they are ruining my credit and have, after six years, come after me for re-payment. New York NY Nationwide
Pressler and Pressler via Midland Funding has placed a judgement against me. I never had a loan with either of these companies!!! Furthermore, The supposed debt owed is from October of 2008. Are they really allowed to pursue this as I NEVER dealt with either of these companies? Plus, its an old debt. Isn't there a statute of limitations on these matters?
Regardless, I went to Supreme Court on June 5, 2014 at 10am. David Rapke, Esquire, could not locate the information the judge requested so Mr. Rapke asked me to provide it???? I was incensed and felt my Motion to Dismiss should have been honored.
In the meantime, I have had lawyers contacting me out of the blue via mail and e-mail (noting that a judgement has been entered against me) stating they can help me repair my credit, settle my claim or assist with bankruptcy proceedings! To me, this is out-right harassment. The judge granted Pressler nothing as of yesterday yet they are free to malign me? Unacceptable.
