Pressler & Pressler Federal Civil rights Lawsuit filed against P&P/New Century Cedar Knoll New Jersey
My younger brother is mentally challenged. Somehow he was issued a credit card and was not able to pay the money back. He lives on SSI income only. New Century bought the debt and filed a suit against him. The lawyers at Pressler & Pressler went to court and CERTIFIED to the judge that they determined my brother was capable of entering into a contract. They signed a sworn affidavit to that fact, EVEN THO they NEVER determined whether he was competent to sign a contract.
I contacted the law firm of Curtin & Heefner (Bonnie Stein) at 250 Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, Pa. These guys have sued AND WON against Pressler before.As a handicapped citizen, they violated my brothers federal civil rights by sending the Sheriff to seize his assets. My brothers assets are worth about $300. He has nothing, yet that did not stop Sheldon Pressler and his gang of scumbags from trying to take everything they could, even if it meant going to a judge and LYING about the circumstances of the case.
Curtin & Heefner filed a federal civil rights suit against New Century and Pressler & Pressler under the Americans with Disabilities act of the federal civil rights laws. NOt sure of the details but if anyoneis having issues with Pressler, that scumbag Sheldon Pressler or New Century Financail, call these guys at Curtin & Heefner. Someone should file a class action suit against P&P for vioating the Fair Credit Practices Act against so many people.
