Complaint Review: Pressler & Pressler - Cedar Knolls New Jersey

In late may I recieved a letter from my bank that a levy was placed against my bank account. With it was a copy of a ruling made in Burlington County, nj. I was kind of shocked to say the least, especially when I never lived in Burlington County.

I then called up my bank and they advised me to call the court officer in this county, which I did. I had told him that that I did know what this was about.and how antone could get into my bank account without my knowledge.

He then advises me to file a motion to vacate Judgment. He gave me a phone number to call to request the paperwork to do this, which I did. I worked on this motion for about a week and sent it to the court house and Pressler & Pressler.

I recieved a letter from them requesting the motion be denied. I sent a follow up letter requesting that it be apporved on the fact that they found an address in Burlington county that had a simular name they filed the complaint and gained access to my bank account all without my knowledge.

I continued to argue that point that I never lived in this county a day in my life and they continued to say I did. Now, they sent me letters for three years at my current address before they filed this complaint and they had no problem with my address.

As this was going on I recieved a postcard from the court that the judge was calling for a post judgment hearing. I wasn't even made party to the first part. I didn't go. I requested that the outcome of this hearing be sent to me. Didn't hear nothing except a judgment on the bank levy, the judge decided it was moot because no money was taken from my account.

This is when I requested validation of the debt. What they sent me was a printout of another account, not the one for the account they claim on the complaint. There was something odd about that's when I kept looking at it and realized what it was. They took the ten numbers of a spiegel account and added six numbers to the front trying to make it a Mastercard with a prefix of 57, wrong account.

the letters continued back and forth about the address. Everything I said was a false statement. At one point they acused me of acuseing them of fraud. Odd choice of words comming from them.

The judge could not make a decision about any of this leaving me in the middle of the highway with on comming traffic. And, while all this was going on they filed another complaint in Gloucester County , NJ where I live. So, now I'm dealing with both. I was getting letters from them that time ran out to validate and a ruling was made.

They use a false address file a complaint without my knowledge, obtained information about my bank account without my knowledge, they tak away my legal rights in every way by leaving me in the dark about everything now they claim judgment. while I still have my motion still open.

I believe that they're intent was to do this to get a ruling so they could walk away with a ruling that can't be changed because of jurisdiction. I can't get a ruling because of which leave them with it even after they did what I believe was illegal.

Even after this they filed a third complaint against me. and, thats why I fight them I even filed another motion to dismiss the second complaint because they tried to use another account to represent the account on the complaint.

Recently they sent me a copy of their motion for summery judgment . Their statement of facts covering their side of the complaint. As soon as I looked at it I saw how they were connecting the account on the complaint and mixed it with another account. I took my red pen and just went at it showing what they were doing, reason for filing a motion to Dismiss Complaint.

Dealing with Pressler & Pressler is the most nerve racking situation to be in most of the time it confussing to what their really doing. They don't sent the correct information claiming its accurate. They use information from your credit record. This has got to be exposed about this debt collection agency. Keep an eye on your credit record where their concerned they love make up accounts.

I wasn't going to let them make me cry uncle to do what they want, That's why they file so many complaints. I won't let them.
