Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased a 2005 Volvo S60 from this company in the 3rd week of September 2013. The first sign of deception was from the two brothers (who I assume own the company) Ron and Rob. Ron who I began the transaction with advertised (and continues to do so) that he is not a dealer (even when asked) but "assist his brother in selling cars". When I test drove the vehicle, I suspected issues with the brakes, but Ron assured me that the brakes were"brand new" and its the "ABS" system which acts a bit "funny" with breaks on luxury cars but there was nothing to worry about. I purchased the vehicle the following week, and drove almost 3 hours back home in which I had to brake about 60 yards from vehicles in front of me because of the "funny ABS" brakes. Upon my arrival back home, I went directly to auto mechanic shop, who advised me that not only were the brakes bad, but also the rotors. From there, I was informed that the shocks were bad for the front and the back, and also the timing belt and pulley needed to be replaced as well. In less than a month, I have spent over $2k in repairs with this vehicle, and with this information that I provided Ron, he informed that he will only pay for the brakes because "it's a used car, what do you expect?". As of November 2013, included in the annotated mechanical issues, I had to purchase new sets of tires, and a intake sensor located under the hood which caused a check engine error to display.

The company also advertised a BBB plaque in their office but when I proceeded to file this complaint with the BBB, it was discovered that this company has not registered with the BBB.

If a lwayer is willing to assist me in this case, please feel free to contact me, I have all documented proof that I was sold a vehicle under false pretense.

A SWAT Team? Sir, you make no sense at all. Once again, the fact that you're actually an Auto Salesman who deceits customers by stating that you are not a salesman, you're just "assisting your brother" with selling his vehicles, should raise a red flag. 2) As a "reputable" dealership, it should be illegal to sell someone a vehicle which has NO brakes, damaged rotars, damaged timing belt, and pulley, completely worn out shocks, damaged intake sensor (which caused the check engine light). I have not reflected on the cosmetic damages because a buyer assumes this as being that he can see it BUT YOU stated that brakes were "new" LIES. You have to deal with the deciet that you have shown your customers! Total strangers who know nothing about each other can not make up stories that are highly similar to one another. You can go ahead and deceive your customers but I hope that you conduct your criminal antics against a customer who has the ability to shut your whole company down for good!

You agreed to buy a car with problems you knew about.  I would suggest you contact the BBB.  In no time flat they will have a SWAT team on the scene.
