Complaint Review: Prestige Elite Marketing - Nationwide

I am the owner of Prestige Elite Marketing, LLC in Springfield, Missouri.  I am NOT associated with this company nor have I ever corresponded with this company.  Apparently there are several companies in the USA using the name Prestige Elite Marketing and I am NOT associated with any of them.  Please change this report to reflect the name of the person as well as their location that you have dealt with.  

TO OWNER OF THE COMPANY,

PLEASE DO SEEK YOUR ATTORNEY'S ADVICE, FOR I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED MINE. I PAID YOU FOR THIS AD ON NOVEMBER 5TH,IT IS NOW JANUARY 5TH,TWO FULL MONTHS LATER, AND I STILL HAVE NO TV SPOTS.I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR SO CALLED REASONS OR PRODUCTION ISSUES,I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR.DO YOU REALLY CONSIDER TWO MONTHS A REASONABLE TIME FRAME,BASKETBALL SEASON IS 70 PERCENT OVER. I SPOKE TO THE GENTLEMAN WHO DELIVERED MY PRODUCT,RECENTLY,AND TO ALSO INQUIRE ABOUT WHERE THESE SCHEDULES WERE EVEN PUT OUT AT,BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY AND WAS TOLD 1000'S WERE BEING PUT OUT.

HE TOLD ME HE COULD ONLY TAKE OUT WHAT HE WAS GIVEN,WHICH WAS 250 OF EACH???OH, YEAH,OOPS,A SLIPF THE TONGUE,THAT COULDNT BE RETRACTED.I HAVE NOW GOT THE CONTACT INFORMATION TO THE PRINTER THAT PRINTED THIS SCAM OF A SCHEDULE THAT YOU RIPPED ALL OF US OFF FOR,AND ONLY PRINTED 250 OF TWO DIFFERENT SCHEDUKES. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THAT IS ALL ABOUT,BUT I AM SURE MY ATTORNEY WILL BE ABLE TO FIND OUT AND GET THE REST OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE NOT ON THE SCHEDULE I WAS GIVEN.

Once my attorney has obtained the printer proof,I think that will be evidence enough along with the cable tv not  having yet aired, to come after your fraudulant business deceptions, for a full refund along with my attorney fees, and you can bet I won't stop there. I will provide everyone else I can find on this scam you ran,with my findings so they can seek full refunds also. Us, Fort Worth people stick together.How can you call yourself an honest business person,if you even printed 2 different schedules.

You say you will never take advantage of your customers,well the evidence points totally different ,and a scam like you needs to be exposed and others warned. For you to say I am not a customer,wow,you mean there are other's you have pissed off, I guess you will find out. Still shocking, 250 of each, and 500 schedules,so I am probably only on 250 of them,in a city the size of Fort Worth, and still NO CABLE SPOTS! YOU ARE THE SLANDEROUS, BUSINESS OWNER! I HOPE YOU HAVE BEEN HONEST WITH YOUR ATTORNEY, AS TO HOW YOU HAVE REALLY BEEN OPERATING! YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME SOON!

To Whom It May Concern,

I have all intentions of running your cable. I had prod issues and to be honest I paid someone to do my production and they did not send the prod to the cable. I didnt pay the cable yet because I have to send the production first. I said approximately Nov 28th time frame so that means I can run it Dec, Jan, etc. ect. But I want to make it right and do it to where it looks profressional.  I will never take advantage of my customers NEVER. Its very sad that they didnt call us the company before putting it on here which makes me think it someone just trying to ruin my business that is jealous or just wants retribution. And this is probably not one of my customers its someone personal trying to be vindictive so please remove this report immediately or I am contacting my attorney because this is slander.
