Contact your credit card company, if you paid with one. File a fraudulent charge with them since Prestige is probably in breach of contract. You may not get your money credited, but it's worth the effort. If that fails, sue Prestige for breach of contract. You should be able to do this is civil court without formal legal representation. Use the Internet for other hints and tips as to how, when, where to file, etc., and GOOD LUCK. They ripped me off too, along with hundreds of other people, some of which lost thousands of dollars!!!! UPDATE: per another posted response on ripoffreport.com, the AGs office for the State of Florida has a trial starting in October against this company/Prestige. I'm not sure if this is 100% accurate, but I intend on contacting the AG for purposes of a lawsuit as well. I'll let you know if I find out any additional information and/or post another report to hopefully give everyone the same opportunity to get our money back.
