PRESTON FINANCIALGROUP THEY PROMISED ME A $10,000.00 LOAN CHARLESTON South Carolina
I applied for a loan with Preston Financial Group. I was approved for $10,000.00. I recieved a call from a gentlemen named John T. Codwell(CEO) the following day saying that I needed to moneygram $1328.00 to secure a collateral payment.The collateral was to secure 3 months of payment.
I told him that I would have to come up with the money, he told me that would be fine. So I called him when I had the money he told me how to moneygram it, and to moneygram the funds to Canada. I did just that.I called him when I sent the money. He told me congrats and that I would be receiving a welcoming package in the mail in about 5-7 business days, and that the money would be in my account the next day by 5pm. The very next morning about 10am I received a call from a guy named Craig saying that the lender could not insure my loan due to my credit. So I was told that I had two options I could send another $1328.00 or get a refund back of the first $1328.00 that I sent when the lenders next billing cycle would be which was is the 24th of each month.
This company really messed me and my family over. I was going to pay off my bills with this money, including some past medical bills that we have.Because of this scam me and my family are now struggling.I had to get several payday loans to come up with the money so that I could get the loan. I hope that other people will come forward if they had the same problem with this company.
