Dear sir, I am the Branch Manager for the Las Vegas branch. I sincerely apologize for the way your account has been handled. When I first read your complaint a few months back. I personally wanted to make things right for you. Upon looking up your account I noticed that your phone number was not in service. So I went to your home, since you work at home, to speak with you about this and there was nobody home. So I left a note with my card on the door so that you could reach about the situation.
