Heather, When you purchased the car the dealer is required, by law, to have you sign a paper that states if the milage on the car is true, or if the true milage is unknown. It is a yellow carbon slip that you should have received with your paperwork. If they stated that the milage is true on this paper, but the title says that the milage is unknown then that is a big no no, and they have a problem on their hands. I would also run a carfax on the car to see what it says (or have someone do it for you, it is not expensive). If the paper you signed does state that the milage is unknown (some people do not actually read this paper when signing it) then there is no recourse with the milage problem. I hope this helps, good luck.
