Well I thought it would be nice to book a trip for my GF (girlfriend) and I to Ireland. I was told that Priceline was the cheapest. And they were. Well when things went sour with my cheating EX-GF I decided to cancel the tickets. And on top of that I got fired from my JOB ! SO I am in need of the money.

I call priceline to cancel the trip and ask for the money to be sent back to my account, NOPE ! "sorry sir these were/are NON-refundable NON-transferable tickets" is what the lady on the phone said. Basically she said, Go EFF yourself. So I am in need of MY money back. Well they said we can issue you a credit, I think well no problem I do deal with that. But once again I was fooled ! there is a 250.00 CHARGE for just changing the ticket ! !! ! WTF ! are you serious !?!? $250.00 for someone to write a different flight in !!?! its absolutely absurd !

Well I find a new trip I would like to take to England. I so go to use my credit and delta can't find it ! Delta is telling me they don't see anything at this point either. So I spend hours searching online to find how to get it. Well I figure out I can use my card that was also use to purchase the tickets. Well low and behold i basically GIFTED the other amount of the ticket to my ex (without my knowing). I am totally S.O.L !

I am SOOOOO PISSED off at priceline for tricking me ! And I am also very angry with DELTA for not allowing me MY MONEY back and also charging $250.00 for BULLSHIT charges ! I also HATE people who tell us customers that there is "nothing they can do" its BULLSHIT ! they can, they just won't !

But the Terms of the ticket were disclosed when you bought them. But like most people you just didn't READ. Your personal issues are not the responsiblity of Delta or Priceline. It does not matter if you booked directly with Delta(or any other airline). A discounted Rate is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable, which means you do not get your money back, and you can not transfer the ticket to another person. If you wanted a ticket that is fully refundable or transferable you would have paid 2-4 times the price you did pay.
