Last week I booked a room for myself, my pregnant wife and our two kids via Priceline. The website asked to verify our kids ages before confirmation. Tonight, after driving 10 hours from San Francisco, the hotel has one room left, a studio that fits one. There is also no hot water. So my pregnant wife and I are on the floor, with our two kids (one of which has a broken leg) on the tiny bed. Priceline refuses to do anything to honor the orginal reservation or regarding the hot water issue.
