On June 23rd, I went to Priceline website searching for cheaper fare. I entered a bid along with the passages name, credit card information and initials as prompted and my bid was not accepted. Priceline then kicked back an alternative departure airport, which happened to be 2 hours from the original requested airport.

I did not accept that departure airport and Priceline gave me a ref. number that states my cc will not be charge. When I received my cc bill in July there was a charge for $856.00 so I called the 800 # and enter the ref # that was given to me in June and once again it states my bid was not accepted and my cc will not be charge, however when a live person took my call they gave me a new ref.# that was used to charge my cc and said an email was sent to me confirming the purchased.

I asked them to forward the originally email they sent me saying your tickets have been purchased. They were unable to do so but sent an email with the passages name and my initials. Well this is no surprise since the information was given to them when I put in a bid that was not accepted. I asked our IT people to check our back-up tapes to see if any email came to me from Priceline in the week of June 23rd and they did not find any incoming email from Priceline. I emailed, faxed a letter and left Lisa Gillingham, Sr. VP Cust. Serv & Operations a message. She did not return my call but had her sectary call me just to repeat word for word what the 4 other reps said to me. Never ever go onto Priceline website because you to could become a victim of a mult-dollar company rip-Off
