Pride Air Conditioning & Appliance Inc. Poor workmanship and unfinished jobs. ripoff Pampano Beach Florida
came on 5 separate occasions to repair leaking toilet which eventurely leaked through ceiling of downstairs neighbor. Neighbor now wants ceiling fixed by professionals other than Pride because of their shottyworkmanship
On 5 separate occasions 2/9,2/11, 2/13,2/18, and 3/31 Pride came to the home of Florence Robbins to fix her leaking toilet. The repair was not done properly so it leaked through my ceiling causing mold & mildew.The repairman also left in the toilet several rusted componements. When Florence asked the repairman to replace these rusted parts he said that he was instructed to only repair the leak and not to do any additional work. Florence has been a customer of Pride for over 26yrs.and pays over $200 annually for this company to do repairs.
On May 5th Pride came to my appartment to look at the ceiling and found that the toilet was still leaking. The repair man told me that he was just there to check and see if there was still a leak and also stated there is mold that had formed in my ceiling as a result of the leaking toilet.
Pride offered to send their repair man to fix the ceiling. When I asked how much of my ceiling they were going to replace and for a written estimate of the work, she informed me that Pride doesn't operate in this manner.
Pride is not a ceiling repair company.I want to choose my own company and have them pay for it.
I don't trust them to do any work for me.
