Prime Acceptance ripped off by finance and lowbook sales owns it Salt Lake City Utah
This company did not put a % rate on my finance papers they added it later to find out it was 24% and now I'm paying a $337 payment a month and 261 of it is going toward the interest also I tried getting out of the loan finding out that the company is owned by the car company which means they can charge as much as they want for the car cause their company will finance it when I had the car appraised at a different car lot I got an appraisal of 2,000 for it I paid 10995 in Feb that's less than 3 months is it possible that I used this car that much no.. only 5,000 miles I have put on it.. so whats up with this happening over and over in Utah and were is our protection from it this company also will not let you be late or defer payments they did not tell me that low book sales owned this company at the time I bought this car only that they are the only ones that would finance it... and that it was based in Texas another lie so what's up with consumers getting ripped of by this in Utah I want something done.. it's not right and I am sick of it.
