As a practicing attorney that has worked closely with Prime
for almost 2 years I find this post very disturbing. Let's get the facts noted for the record:
1) Prime has worked with several companies in the automobile
category of which some are located in St.Louis Missouri.
2) PMC places media with more than 10 national networks and
more than 500 local stations of which some are located in California.
3) PMC does not refer to the refer to the term "auto
warranty" but rather "vehicle service contract".
4) Media is planned and booked for not just the auto
category, but more than 7 industries.
The company has won numerous awards since inception for outstanding
performance.
5) Radio, TV, Internet and Print advertising is placed weekly, monthly and quarterly. Under no circumstances does Prime ever
handle a call from any of the sources it places media with. Calls are from prospective
candidates/consumers and are redirected within milliseconds to end users
(clients).
6) Pricing varies from industry to industry and can
fluctuate from time to time. That is
just part of marketing in general and not just applicable to Prime.
7) There is proprietary developed software that Prime does
use to assist clients and vendors. It
is commonly referred to as call tracking software and or call routing platform
software.
8) Prime is strictly a media agency and does not work with
predictive dialers or auto dialers. Prime
is currently the only media agency certified by the Vehicle Protection
Association and ISO 9001 certified of which would prohibit the use of
auto-dialers.
9) When dealing with high call volume dropped calls are natural to media agencies
of this size.
10) My client does not have enough time in a day to act as a
consumer with his clients. The same
statement is applicable to his entire staff.
11) The internal and external accounting processes and
audits within Prime are very extensive to say the least. No such activity of
cash holding would be allowed by the strict external financial audit
Prime made a decision on 2-10-2011 to not do business with
a company that is pending litigation with private companies and Government
agencies. The auto company making these claims and statements is a sister
company and former competitor of PMC owned by 2 brothers that live in Florida.
At one time or another these 2 brothers advertised in the auto space and no
longer do. These two brothers are extremely bitter and have nothing better to do than
slander Prime and it's accreditations.
Prime has core values that rank its reputation, compliance,
client retention rate and customer service as the golden standard in the media
industry.
If you have questions or concerns about doing business with Prime do
not hesitate to contact myself, General Counsel or it's CEO and EVP.

To whom this may concern:
Our company refused to book media for a company based out of Florida today due the fact that we have a contract in place to work with 2 clients in the auto space. The owner of this company said that because we are the only vendor approved and certified by the industry trade group to offer marketing services that it is not fair and it's a monopoly.
After explaining to said company in Florida that his company is not compliant after a recent investigation he started making threats towards 3 employees of our company. His final remarks in the conversation is that your company name will be slandered on the internet by the end of the day.
As of typing this response approx 5 hours after the owner of the FL company (Joe fake name) posted on this website at 1:39pm today we are responding back.
Florida company, it's owners and the individual that has attempted to slander our company name and our officers personally will deal with the necessary legal action brought against them.
