I too was a victim of Prime Peripherals. I had been listening to a busy signal and answering machine for months. Then one day I get a different answer on the line. This number has been disconnected and there is no forwarding number available. I am still e-mailing to Rebates Headquarters in hopes that I will be acknowledged. The next step for me is Office Max. I feel they should stand behind the products and offers they advertise!
