We are disappointed that one of our customers submitted this report. We go out of our way to provide quality customer service and this report is out of the ordinary for our company. The order was placed on 4-12-12 and delivered to the customer on 4-18-12. Our office received a call about missing parts on 4-30-12. When the customer reported the missing parts from the manufacturer's sealed box, we promptly contacted the manufacturer on the customer's behalf in the hope of expediting the missing parts. The manufacturer shipped those parts and they were received by the customer on 5-4-12. The customer was sent 1/8" wall foam instead of 1/4" wall foam as the brand of wall foam we currently use is a much higher quality and costs more, but was sent at the same price. We also sent them 3 cans of spray tack instead of the ordered 2 cans because we felt 2 cans may not have been enough for their size pool. Because of their complaint, though, they were sent check two checks for a total reimbursement of $50. In summary, the customer received the missing ladder parts within 5 days, received an extra can of spray tack and a check for $50. We take pride in our company and clearly have taken steps to satisfy this customer.
