They sell fridges, stoves, etc..The units are new but slightly damaged..We purchased a new fridge july 29. 2006.We paid in cash the full amount of 315.60 We brought it home and it didn't work.

We called primetime and they sent a repair person out to look at it. Repair person said it had a leak..We had to follow- up with repeated phone calls between repair company & primetime..Primetime people were nice but not helpful.

We felt we were getting the run around and returned the fridge. The manager said we coud return it and get full refund. That was 2 days ago.Still no refund. I was supposed to be issued a check today ( august 10) but their bookkeeper is sick..?? Now the manager claims they will mail it..

I requested a cash refund ( since we paid in cash) but they insisted I paid by check..We argued about it and I was in a hurry so I said I would take a check..But I am going back tomorrow to pick it up.They never even asked for our mailing address to verify it..I feel that they are running a sloppy and disorganized business..
