I had a very early morning flight at LAX, made an appointment to have Prime Time Shuttle pick me up at 3:15 a.m.  Need I add, this is a very difficult time to get to the airport - you can't simply call a friend to come by and take you - so having a reliable ride service is crucial.  I should add it was my first and last time using this company.

The long story short is that the van was a no-show.  And the company didn't even call me to tell me that the van wasn't coming. I finally called them 25 minutes after my pick-up time to find out when they were coming.  They said they would be at my place in 15 minutes. I didn't believe them. By then the clock was ticking as my flight time loomed closer. I chose to call a taxi instead, which arrived a scant 7 minutes later and got me to the airport on time.

Travelers are really at their most vulnerable in the middle of the night -- and it's when you expect a company to be reliable when you need them.  I would avoid this company.

They are up to 101 negative stars on their Yelp site. Now if we can get every unhappy customer that has used PT, to post here. They will be a very distant memory in the near future. Companies that treat their customer base, like they have you, don't deserve to remain in business.
