I filed a complaint with the BBB of Eastern North Carolina, Inc. about the prime tv rebate ripoff and I am back to give an update A good one this time. Today my husband actually received a check for $99 from Prime TV, and I received a nice letter from BBB of Eastern North Carolina, Inc. stating that they had contacted prime tv and to keep in mind that their efforts in this kind of situation were purely voluntary, and couldn't require or demand action from prime tv. BBB has kept a copy of my experience on file. Their efforts must have done some good, because we finally got the check.I suggest that anyone having trouble with this company contact directly Ellen Lyons Conciliator of BBB of Eastern North Carolina,Inc. at (919)277-4222 or 1-800-222-0950 Fax: (919)277-4221 E-Mail [email protected] or file a complaint at www.bbbenc.org or [email protected].. In my experience one just has to be persistent with this company and GOOD LUCK! I've got to get to the bank!!

As promised I am here again to update. I called Prime TV yesterday and talked to yet another reprensentative named Latoya. A new excuse this time, the Direct TV agreement had not been signed, thus the rebate was VOID. That is the 5th excuse, you would think they would put on file the same excuse to tell. I have the carbon-copy and it has my husband's signature on it!I guess one excuse in a scam is as good as another. Latoya kept me on hold and came back and was very apologetic, saying she had done all she could but it was void because of no signature on agreement. I haven't given up! Please everyone update your complaints and keep us all informed. This company is a fraud and still ripping off people. Thank-you for your time.
