Prism Pointe Technologies Prism Point, PPT Hired our company for services then would not pay - Dead Beat Payer Fairburn, Georgia
Our company is a subcontractor with various companies. Prism Pointe Technologies (PPT) is just one of the client we do service for. They have Net30 account with us, and our accounting department is not in sync with service department, so there wasn't a very good communication about PPT. As a result we kept servicing for PPT until our accounting department put PPT under banned list.
PPT's bill accumulated to over $6,000. And we been trying to collect for several months. They still calls us saying the same old story "I make sure the check goes out today, and I'll even send you the check number. Will you now do the call for us?"
After months of letters and phone calls, we gave up and handed the account over to our collection agency. Their attempts have gone for several months, and finally concluded that PPT has no intention of paying even with aggressive collection attempts. Our collection agency want's to proceed in law suit, and although suit will be in contingency, but we would still have to pay for the court cost.
