I provided third party service to Prismpointe and delivered that service to 7 locations in the Humboldt County California area over the past year. I have serviced this account for years and they have always been SLOW PAY, but now my oldest invoice has it's one year anniversery today. I have made over 50 collection attempts and have NEVER found anyone in in accounts payable and I have NEVER received a return call. I understand cash flow problems, and have been told by many companys that I would have to wait for my money, but this is the first time I am being totally ignored and stonewalled. This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever in my companie's 40 years in business. I suggest that NO ONE work for this group and NO ONE buy from this group.
