Call Kim-ID# 4622 ...I canceled their credit report service within the 5 day limit, and was being charged for their service since I canceled. They had a different name on the authorization, but I found the # on my bank statement. When I called the nuber, It just told me that my account was now canncelled. Not enough for me. I called back and got a live person. She was rude, but transferred me to someone else who was supposed to help me. I was very agitated by the way the comapny representive treated me so I asked her to transfer me to someone else. This person -SueID#15382(who has the managemnet authority to do as she sees fit)- told me that she would refund my money for a month. I told her unacceptable and then she proceeded to get extremely rude and tried to hang up on me. When I told her she needed to do better, she did hang up on me. So I got on here and found the # for their corporate offices. I spoke to the receptionist and said I needed to speak to someone immediately. She put me thru to Kim. I was rather irtate by this time, and I told her that I knew that they had many, many, many complaints on the internet and that I would be the next in line if she didn't resolve my problem immediately. Well she did. But of course I will only get the money back as they took it out-one month at a time. She was very cooperative and understood that i was PISSED!!! The # to call 203-324-7635. This is their office in Omaha.
