Same as you. It may have even been the same guy. I have to see if i can find his name. I've tried to find Ken Sinchar in the phone book for carpet inspectors in N. Huntington, but no luck. Did you get your attorney fees paid for? Did you end up getting your carpet replaced? Why did you tell the court that you didn't let them back in to make the repairs? They were so rude to me, i know that! But i dont know if that stands up in court. Can i use your inspector and possibly even your attorney????

On left side of screen you will see docket access. You will have to register. Logon options screen use : to search or to pay for filings by credit card. Once you log on, use free search by lidigant name. Then search all records. On that screen type in Prizant under name then at party type, choose defendent.Don't fill in any other areas, just hit search. Also don't worry, They do not ask for credit card to register. The inspector I used was A man name Ken Sinchar. He is FCITS certified. That is the kind of inspector you need. He is up in North Huntington. It cost me 180 when I had him in. But if you win you will get that back. Now I'm curious, Did Prizants send an inspector out to look at your carpet. If so, check with the FCITS certification to make sure he is certified. I was given a business card and everything by their inspector, But found out he lost his certification 8 years prior. Another piece of advise, Consider an attorney, My case never even went back to court. My attorney threatened to sue their A's off and they backed down and settled my case out of court. But they are very nasty if you go it alone, It will drag out for a while with appeals.

Hi, you ask how a judge can "overlook" evidence? Simple, he gets "contributions" from businesses. Same type of thing is happening to us in Cedar County, NE. Check out my report on Hartington Tree. The judge in our case has since "resigned", before a full scale investigation could be done. We borrowed money to get a lawyer and fight this, our new court date is set for Dec.22. We could not even get the town cop to file a tresspassing report on this Hochstein character, when he was caught red handed in our driveway tampering with the evidence of his crime, we even had a neighbor that witnessed it too.

I posted my own report. Check it out! But i was given advice that the best thing people in our situation can do is to expose this store as publicly as we can! I'm currently filing my appeal against them and am interested on how your case is going. I am sure there are things we can do to expose these crooks and possibly get compensation for all the money we lost to Prizants.
