On December 9, 2016 I placed an order with Prize Candle for 4 candles under their 9th day of Christmas 4 for $32 promotion, promo code: JOY. I received a confirmation number and told I would receive an email with a tracking link once my order ships. The money was then taken from my account by them. On December 19, 2016 I sent an email to them asking for any information. On December 20, 2016 I received an email stating that my email has been delayed. The server did not accept the request to connect. I have since sent 3 more emails. 2 were returned stating the same, temporary failure, and the others had been marked as a, permanent failure.
