Pro Auto Group Ripoff and buying positive feedback Fort Worth Texas
Pro Auto Group sold be a $38,000 Infinity with the guarantee that it was perfect, never damaged and all maintenance records were available. I paid in full sight unseen.
2 days after getting the car I discovered that major front end repairs has been done, it even had 2 new wheels on the front and brand new air dams.
After fighting and aguing on the phone with them for almost 2-weeks I left negative feedback and filed suit since the were accusatory, nasty and had no hesitation to lie about me and the history to the Squaretrade mediator. I then discovered that the maintenance records were for another vehical..
When it became obvious to them that I was gonna haul their lying asses into an Austin court and that the previous owner was gonna testify that it had been wrecked when she owned it(I found and contacted the prior owner) they agreed to pay me a full refund but only after I withdrew my negative feedback.
I did withdraw the feedback the SOBs screwed me again by shorting me $200 on the check they provived when they came to pick up the car.
I confirmed and documented that they will lie to sell a car, will provide fake maintenance records, will pay you for positive feedback and are not so dumb to show up in court in Texas here we have the DTPA protection.
Its a shame they are still selling cars!!!
