Like Kevin, they tried to scam us out of 200, the difference being that they just send us the d**n thing, they didn't even phone us. Revenge can be much sweeter than just complaining to Trading Standards and the DTI. Do this anyway cos the bigger their files the more likely they are to act. Also, they'll end up with criminal record, as the Unsolicited Goods act is a criminal case.
What we also did is, We found out the names of the Directors, they are:
Brenda Elizabeth Perry (what a name)
Alasdair John Perry
(brother/sister?, more likely husband/wife).
I have no dates of brth, although with a name like Brenda she must be in her fifities.
Their home address listed at companies house is
91/16 Constitution Street
Edinburgh EH6 7AE
Telephone 553 5008 (thanks, BT!!!).
Now this is surely a flat, so what you can do is to send letters to the flats 91/1 91/15 (address each letter to: The Occupier) saying that 2 scamartists live at Nr. 16 who are dragging property prices down; or you can send each flat a turd (not a real one, please!), saying: Courtesy of Nr. 16. Send a real turd to Nr. 16. Or you can telephone them (and the neighbours as well, if you can get their numbers, EASY) at 4:00 each morning; our American friends can do this for us, as it's only 10 pm over there. Before you no it, they'll be forced out of their hole, they'll thik the aggro is not worth it and they'll close down their business
